Sabine Kearns - Quiet Morning - Acrylic on Gallery Canvas

Sabine Kearns lives in the small, seaside community of Hunts Point on the South Shore of Nova Scotia, where she works from her home studio. She enjoys painting in acrylics, and with carefully chosen colours and minimalist shapes, she aims to capture the quiet charm and beauty of her coastal surroundings. Clean, crisp lines complete the story, adding a touch of contrast and drama. Sabine loves nature, and one of her favourite pastimes is to find inspiration in beautiful hidden coves and white sand beaches, wildflower fields and old barns, or craggy cliffs and sheltered harbours. Sabine says “My art is happy art, that reflects the peaceful life I’m fortunate to live. It’s a privilege to create something that brings joy to others, and I hope that through my art I can make someone smile, and maybe help make the world a little brighter.” Sabine’s work can be found in private collections across Canada, the USA, South Africa, France, Mexico, and Germany.
