Serena West - Long May You Run - Acrylic on 1.5" depth Canvas - painting continues around edges

Having studied at the Dundas Valley School of Art in association with McMaster University, Serena began her career as a mural artist. Her artistic path eventually led her to capturing the stunning and rugged Canadian landscapes that inspire her work.

Her style is often described as serene, but she also loves weaving in vibrant colour to bring depth and movement. Working in acrylic allows her to paint quickly and boldly, capturing the energy, mood, and spirit of the landscapes near her home in Muskoka.

Through her paintings, Serena hopes to bring people back to the simple joys of time spent outdoors
